I have just used the same method described in the ALA article to
implement the JavaScript style switcher (as you can see it is referenced
in the last slide of my presentation:
http://www.orange-soft.com/training/s6/s6-intro.html#slide24).

The only difference is that I have not used cookies to persist the
current active theme, because I like more to apply the preferred theme
if I reload the presentation.
