That way *no-one* can use S5 without installing extra stuff. One of
the big advantages of the current approach is that you can pretty much
guarantee to find a web browser on whichever machine you're on, and S5
will work on it. If it's in a zip file then no browsers at all will
work with it. That's why I'd like to wrap it all up in one file that
the browsers already understand...
